Collaborative Assignments
What does it mean to "collaborate?" This is just a fancy term that means working together with other students in your class to produce or create something. In your online class, collaborative assignments come in several forms. The most common are Discussion Boards, Wikis, Blogs, and Voice Discussions.
You'll have two roles to play when participating in collaborative assignments. You'll be a creator when you add your own work, and you'll also get to be a reviewer when you read or listen and respond to what your classmates have created. Sounds pretty cool, right?
