Getting Help
Introduction
We all have questions and Idaho Digital Learning students are no exception. You might already have things you are wondering about as you work through this orientation and are thinking about how things will work in your new Idaho Digital Learning class. As you begin to work in your online class, you may come across a variety of situations that are new and confusing. So, what should you do? Who can answer these questions for you? The answer really depends on what type of question you have. In this lesson you will learn about three key players at Idaho Digital Learning that will be able to help get you the answers you need.

Key Terms
- IdahoLive: the part of your Idaho Digital Learning class that has real time (synchronous) virtual classrooms where you can connect with your teacher and your classmates.
- Synchronous: real time. This means that students and teachers can work and communicate together at the same time. Examples of online synchronous activities are chats like Google Hangouts, Blackboard Collaborate teacher virtual classroom lessons, or eTutoring help sessions.
- eTutoring: a subject specific virtual tutoring center staffed by Idaho Digital Learning teachers.
