Great Reasons to Call Tech Support

  • Install/Update Chrome or Firefox Browsers

  • Update Java

  • Clear Cache

  • Something isn't loading or running right

  • Other hardware or software issues

Sometimes students who are working on a computer at their school do not have the ability to update or download additional browsers.
In this case, talk to your school IDLA coordinator about your needs and they can help get the school computer updated for you.
